Corporate Structure

Ninilchik Natives Association, Inc. (NNAI) is managed by a seven member Board of Directors. All Directors are also shareholders of the corporation. Directors are essentially volunteers, but receive a stipend for attendance at Board Meetings and per diem for travel related expenses.
