The role of the Board of Directors is to govern the financial and business affairs of the corporation within guidelines established by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Copies of both corporate documents will be available by review by shareholders at our Annual Meeting and are available to shareholders on request.

The administrative and day-to-day business affairs of the corporation are the responsibility of NNAI's management team. Mangement is represented by Gary Oskolkoff - President, Cindy VanWezel - Office Manager and Bruce Oskolkoff - Director of Land and Resources.
