The 41^st Annual Meeting for Ninilchik Native Association Shareholders will be held this year on June14th, 2014.  

NNAI Meeting Notices will be sent to all voting shareholders on May 14^th 2014.   Non-voting shareholders are welcome to attend but are not eligible to participate in votes.  The meeting will be held at the Ninilchik Fair Grounds.  The doors will open for registration at 10:00a.m.; lunch will be available at noon and the official call to order will happen at 1:00p.m.

The NNAI Board of Directors is a 7 seat board that sets policy and conducts business for the Ninilchik Natives Association, Inc.  Each seat is held for a 3 year term.   This year the seats held by Richard G. Encelewski, Roberta Oskolkoff and Eugene Steik are up for election.  Currently, the board meets and average of 6 times per year; however business may call for meetings outside of these.
